Sonoma Chicken Baked Pasta

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Wrap chicken, lemon juice, and garlic in tinfoil and place on a dripper pan
  3. Bake for 30 minutes
  4. When chicken is fully cooked remove from oven and shred or cut it into cubes.
  5. While chicken is baking prepare noodles according to package directions and set aside
  6. To make the sauce: Make a rue by mixing together flour and butter in a medium sized sauce pan over medium heat until simmering
  7. Add liquid ingredients to pan and stir until well combined
  8. Whisk in parmesan cheese and stir constantly until thick
  9. Reduce heat to low
  10. Stir in spices, vegetables, baked chicken, and noodles until everything is evenly covered in sauce
  11. Pour into a pan and sprinkle with remaining parmesan cheese
  12. Bake for 20-30 minutes or until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling.
