Fresh Peach Pie
A perfect summer pie made with freshly sliced peaches, cream cheese whipped topping, and sprinkled with crunch ginger snap cookies.
heavy whipping cream
8 oz package
crushed ginger snap cookies
Bake your pie crust according to your favorite recipe (there’s a link to my favorite in the blog post) and let it cool completely
Whip the heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer until stiff peaks form. Transfer the whipped cream into a separate bowl and set it aside
Peel the peaches and slice them into the cooled pie crust
Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and almond extract
Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and spread on top of the peaches.
Sprinkle the crumbled ginger snaps on top of the pie
Store in the refrigerator!
